IEPL dedicated lines · relayed · direct

During peak hours, check the route—not just the location

If connections slow down in the evening, the issue could be anywhere along the path: your local Wi-Fi, your provider’s network, or the international link. VPNYW offers IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct routes, so you can compare different paths to the same destination. Keep one route for everyday use and choose an alternative in the same region. If you notice a slowdown, retest with the same device and content. A dedicated line describes a route type; it does not guarantee congestion-free performance at all times. Recording connection quality alongside the time of day is more useful than relying on a single test.

Connection encryption and account security are separate

VPNYW describes its connection protection as military-grade encryption. You still need to install the client correctly, grant the required network permissions, and keep your subscription details secure. A subscription acts as a connection credential, so don’t post it on public forums or in shared documents. Use a unique password for your account. Encryption protects data in transit; it does not replace secure sign-in practices on destination websites or security settings on your device. If you see an unexpected alert, verify its source, then check connection and account details in the user panel.

Account setup · No email required
Unlimited simultaneous devices

No device limit; data is shared across your account

Use the same subscription on your work computer, personal devices, and other devices at home. VPNYW allows unlimited simultaneous connections and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Device limits and data allowances are different: streaming or downloading on several devices still draws from the same account data. For home use, consider what you’ll use the service for before choosing a monthly plan or data add-on. Import the subscription on each device; there’s no need to choose a different plan for each platform. Keep your credentials secure.

International routes · Choose by region

For AI tools, check region and session status first

When using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, network access is only one part of the picture. Platforms may also check your account region, sign-in status, and service availability. VPNYW’s international routes let you choose an exit region for a service, but they do not determine whether your account is eligible. During a long conversation, file upload, or generation task, try to stay on the same route to avoid triggering another session check. If regular websites work but a particular tool does not, check the platform’s message before trying another route or signing in again.

Streaming · Check with each platform

Choose a region; the platform determines its catalog and video quality

For streaming, choose a region that matches the content you want, then check the platform’s catalog and playback. A route’s location does not guarantee access to a particular catalog. Netflix, Disney+, and other services can change available content based on account settings, licensing, and the connection’s exit location. Buffering isn’t always caused by choosing the wrong region; device decoding, Wi-Fi, and the platform’s automatic quality settings can all play a part. First confirm that playback starts, then compare other routes in the same region. VPNYW provides route options; the platform determines what content and video quality are available.

14-day refund policy

Evaluate the service on your own network

VPNYW offers a 14-day refund policy. To evaluate a subscription, test it on the devices and networks you actually use: check whether websites load, your usual tools keep their sessions, videos play smoothly, and the client makes it easy to switch routes. Results vary by location, provider, and Wi-Fi conditions, so other users’ experiences are only a guide. For order or refund assistance, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with the relevant order details. Review the refund policy for eligibility and steps, and check the listed prices against your account order.

Create an account with a username and password—no email required. Access to your account, plans, client downloads, and support tickets is all in the user panel, so there’s no need to hunt across different pages to manage your subscription. Keep your username and password safe, then set things up for the way you plan to use the service.

When choosing a subscription, consider the details that matter: whether it covers your usual destinations, allows multiple devices online at once, how data resets, and where to submit a support ticket. VPNYW lays out this information across its plans, routes, and guides so you can check the details before getting started. Read more about the service and its approach on the About VPNYW page.

Choose a region first, then compare routes

If a service requires a particular region, narrow your options to routes there first. For general browsing without a regional requirement, start by comparing routes in a familiar Asian location. Distance is one factor, not a performance verdict: traffic may be relayed, and peering between providers can affect the connection. Don’t treat city names as a speed ranking or assume a route label predicts how every app will perform.

IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct describe how a route is arranged. Direct routes take a more direct path, but performance depends on the connection between your local network and the exit point. Relayed routes use an additional forwarding step, while dedicated lines use a different network arrangement. To compare them, keep the device and destination website the same and change only the route. Web browsing, file uploads, and video playback have different bottlenecks; a route that works well for downloads may not be the best fit for interactive tools.

If you have connection problems, first check that your local network can reach familiar websites. Then check whether the client is connected, the subscription is up to date, and your account has data available. If only one website fails, note its error message and test another route in the same region. Switching between several countries changes both location and path, making it harder to identify the cause. For more on protocols, packet loss, and peak-hour congestion, read the protocol guide.

Route status reference

Status readings are for browsing reference only; they don’t replace a connection test on your device. After choosing a region, check access to the services you use to decide whether a route is right for you.

Clients and subscription access

Supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Download clients and access your subscription through the user panel.

Steps from the user panel to a working connection

Sign in to the user panel to access your subscription. Open your account, confirm that your plan is active, then choose your device platform in the downloads section. Download links and subscription details require sign-in and an active plan. If the panel says your plan doesn’t meet the requirements, check your order and account overview rather than looking for an installer elsewhere.

After installation, follow the guide to grant the network permissions required by your system, then import the subscription from the user panel into the client. A successful import usually means the client has received the route configuration; it does not necessarily mean you’re connected. Select a route, connect, and test a familiar website or service. Network extension permissions on macOS, network access permissions on mobile devices, and runtime environments on Linux differ. Follow the instructions for your platform when prompted.

You can import the same account subscription on multiple devices, but each has its own local network and client status. If one computer connects but another device doesn’t, first check the affected device’s permissions, subscription updates, and current network. Don’t assume the account itself is unavailable. It’s also worth checking your connection after a system update or network change, especially before uploading files or using tools with long-running sessions.

Follow the getting started guide to set things up for the first time. It covers account setup, plan selection, subscription access, importing the client configuration, and checking the connection—in that order. More detailed protocol information is kept in the technical reference, so you won’t have to work through too much at once during installation. Subscription details are account credentials; when contacting support, describe the error message instead of sharing the full subscription.

Monthly plans and data add-ons

Choose this plan

Choose a monthly plan for regular use; a data add-on for occasional use

The key to a monthly plan is its data allowance, not the number of devices. If you mainly browse and use text-based tools, start by monitoring lighter usage. For extended video streaming, file syncing, or multiple devices sharing an account, keep an eye on data consumption. Plan descriptions are a guide, not a guarantee that a tier will suit everyone’s viewing or download habits. File sizes, video quality, and background updates all affect data usage.

Data resets monthly on your activation date, not at the end of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days; check the user panel for the exact change. Before changing plans, review your current account status and order details, rather than assuming how charges work from the tier name alone.

Data add-ons: use until depleted; never expire

Available data add-ons: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They’re drawn down as you use data rather than replenished monthly. If your usage is irregular or limited to specific work tasks or trips, add-ons that never expire let you use your data as needed. Monthly plans and data add-ons have different billing models; decide whether you prefer regular data resets or keeping unused data available.

All plans allow unlimited simultaneous devices and support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. There’s no device limit, but data usage still applies: activity across multiple devices counts toward the same account. If family members share the service, discuss common uses and data needs before choosing a tier rather than basing the decision on device count alone.

Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. A 14-day refund policy is available. Manage orders, plan status, and refund requests in the user panel; see the refund policy for the process and eligibility. The plan comparison page lists monthly plans and data add-ons in full; the plan shown in the client preview on the homepage does not indicate your account’s current status.

Route selection and setup guides

Practical guidance on choosing routes, comparing performance, and setting up your devices.

If setup isn’t complete, start with the instructions for your platform. If you’re connected but unsure which region to choose, read the route selection guide. To compare routes, test them using the same device, content, and similar network conditions. Separating installation issues, regional requirements, and route performance helps avoid unnecessary switching and makes it easier to describe the problem in a support ticket.
