Route Selection and Troubleshooting
When choosing a route, first check the target service’s regional requirements, then compare IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections. A closer region does not guarantee a better experience; performance also depends on your local network, congestion, and the target service. Check the platform to confirm streaming availability.
If you have connection issues, first check your plan status and remaining data, then make sure your subscription is up to date. When comparing routes, keep the device and local network the same, and avoid changing several settings at once. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket in the user panel with the client name, selected region, and error message. Do not include your password or full subscription URL. No-Logs Policy and Data Minimization
VPNYW follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. You can create an account with a username and password—no email address required. Information is collected only as needed for account management, subscription delivery, and support; unrelated personal details are not required to use the service.
