Refund Window and Eligibility
You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 14 days of your first payment. The refund window is based on the order record for the first successful payment on your account. You do not need to prove a service issue or explain why you no longer wish to use the service.
Submit a clear refund request through a support ticket within the refund window. Order checks, requests for additional information and payment provider processing may continue afterward. A request submitted on time will not lose eligibility solely because follow-up processing extends beyond the window. Keep a record of your ticket submission.
The commitment starts with the first payment and does not restart with a renewal, upgrade or additional data package. Requests made after the window are not covered by this no-questions-asked refund commitment. For duplicate payments or unusual order statuses, you may still submit a ticket so the transaction can be checked.
Order Checks and Exceptional Cases
A request must relate to a genuine payment order in your account. A transaction that has already been refunded will not be refunded again, and an unsuccessful payment has no amount to return. If your payment record shows a charge but the panel does not show a successful order, check the payment record first so a transaction issue is not mistaken for a standard refund request.
A working connection, testing a route or having used some of your data should not, on its own, be grounds for denying a no-questions-asked refund within the window. This policy does not impose an unpublished data deduction rate. If data use exceeds the plan allowance, usage appears unusual or an account may have violated the rules, the order and account records should be reviewed together rather than relying on a label alone.
Cases involving an account ownership dispute, misuse of payment credentials or a violation of the Terms of Service may require additional information. The decision should state its basis. Account-use issues and payment checks should be addressed separately, and an unclear record should not replace a final response.
How to Apply and What to Include
After signing in to the user panel, visit the support ticket page to submit your refund request. State that you are requesting a refund and include the relevant order ID, payment amount, payment method and payment date. If there are multiple transactions, specify which order the request concerns to avoid confusion about its scope.
If your payment record differs from the order shown in the panel, you may attach proof of the transaction, with personal information unrelated to verification obscured. Do not provide your account password, payment password, private key or recovery phrase in a ticket. No email address is required for the account, and refund correspondence can take place through panel tickets.
If we ask for more information, reply in the original ticket. When your request is confirmed, check the return amount, destination and subsequent subscription status. Once the refund is complete, the associated paid benefits will no longer be available.
Return Methods and Payment Differences
Alipay and WeChat Pay payments are generally returned through the original payment route; the payment provider’s records determine the actual result. If the original transaction cannot be refunded directly, the reason should be explained in the ticket and an alternative handling method verified. Users will not be asked to transfer funds to an unfamiliar account to receive a refund.
USDT refunds differ from Alipay and WeChat Pay returns; a transfer back should not be treated as an automatic reversal of the original transaction. For a return, verify the original payment record, the network used and the receiving address in a ticket, then proceed once the details match. Do not assume that a network matches based only on the address name.
Data packages remain valid until used and do not expire. This is a data-use rule, not an extension of the refund window. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, and the price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. These billing records should be distinguished when reviewing related orders.
Refund Status and Arrival
Refund confirmation, initiation of a return and funds arriving are separate statuses. Arrival time depends on the payment provider and transaction processing; this policy does not promise a fixed number of days. Check both the ticket response and the original payment account record, rather than treating the status shown in the panel as confirmation that funds have arrived.
If you have received a return notification but the funds have not arrived, provide the order ID and relevant records in the original ticket so they can be checked further. If a return fails, information does not match or a dispute arises, the cause should be identified before deciding how to proceed. See the Privacy Policy for how related information is used.
