No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. VPNYW does not require an email address for registration or ask you to provide one to activate a subscription. Usernames, password verification data and account identifiers are used for authentication, account management and access control. Password verification data is not retained in readable plaintext.
Plan status, data usage and order records are used to deliver subscriptions, verify balances and handle after-sales requests. Text and attachments voluntarily submitted in support tickets are used to resolve the related issue. Please submit only what is needed for troubleshooting, and avoid including passwords, complete subscription links or personal information unrelated to the issue.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNYW follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or store browsing content, destination URLs, DNS query history or connection histories that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Website analytics cover pages on this site only and do not include destinations accessed through subscription connections.
While a connection is active, temporary routing and session states are processed to maintain communication. These states are not retained as persistent connection logs and are released when the session ends. Cumulative account usage is used to measure plan consumption and is handled separately from browsing content. Troubleshooting relies on service-side error information and details users submit voluntarily; browsing history is not enabled as a troubleshooting method.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics may process page paths on this site, referring pages, visit times, browser and device categories, and network addresses included in requests. This information helps identify how readers reach the site, find page issues and improve compatibility. It is not used to track browsing activity within subscription services.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sessions, save language preferences and retain necessary interface state. The user panel stores login credentials locally to verify identity in later requests. These credentials should be treated as sensitive information and not shared with others.
You can restrict cookies or clear this site's data in your browser settings. After clearing data, you may need to log in again and reset your preferences. Clearing browser data affects only the current device; it does not delete a server-side account or order.
Payment Processing and Data Sharing
Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party channel, and data collected through its pages or tools is subject to that channel's privacy rules. VPNYW receives the transaction identifier, amount and payment status needed to verify an order, confirm payment, activate a plan and process refunds.
Account information is not sold or rented. When data must be shared with relevant processors to deliver services, respond to user requests or meet applicable legal obligations, only information needed for the specific purpose is provided, and the purpose of processing is limited. This policy does not govern how a third-party page handles data after you choose to visit it.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to maintain the account and subscription services. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal retention requirements. Analytics and troubleshooting data are kept only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, then deleted or de-linked from identifiable information. No undisclosed permanent retention rule applies.
To access, correct or delete account information, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership will be verified before processing. Deletion may affect login, subscription access and after-sales support. Transaction information that must be retained by law will be restricted to that purpose; other data that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized.
Policy Updates and Related Terms
If data handling practices change, VPNYW will update this page and revise the last-updated month. Material changes to processing purposes, data categories or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Any matters requiring separate confirmation will be explained as part of the relevant action.
